We love to test items!

If you have a particular item that you want us to test, please send it to us along with a test file (.eps vector graphic logo) and we will carry out a test on the surface. We have several ways to pre-treat materials if necessary and we'll look at all the options. Let us know forst what the item is as we may already have results from past testing.

What You Need to Know...

1. You can print anything with us! Our rough print dimensions are 13" x 22", so any item that falls into that range can be run!
2. The surface we print needs to be flat, and needs to be light in colour! We cannot print full-colour on black, or any dark-colours! Ink is transparent and relys on a white base to produce the best results! Examples of this are shown below:
   
   Solid black logos, however, can produce a lot of contrast against many different base colours, and look great!
   
3. For logos, it is advised that you send us vector artwork.

   "Vector artwork is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics." - Wikipedia

   This ensures crisp, clean lines at any print size! You can identify vector graphics if they are EPS, AI, or sometimes PDF file types.
   
4. For photographs, please send us bitmap JPEG or TIFF graphics in a high resolution. Clarity depends upon lots of pixels. Your computer screen will display pixels at a ratio of 72 per inch. But, when printing, pixel depth needs to be at least 200 pixels per inch.

This is our full-colour printing system, but what about our single-colour system?

We also offer single-colour printing or Pad printing! This is a more labour intensive method that requires an additional set-up fee! We are unable to do short runs with this method; as well, we are unable to create unique artwork! All the products need to be the same!

With this method we are able to use thicker opaque inks, like white, and can print light-coloured logos onto dark-coloured products!

Another advantage is we can print larger logos onto non-flat surfaces such as Golf balls or Beer Glasses

Pad printing has a maximum size of about 2.75" diameter.
